1, the mill motor has been sealed before the factory, the coupling has been corrected, please do not loose;
2. Regularly clean the iron impurities on the permanent magnet cylinder and the permanent magnet plate of the grinder feeder;
3. Check the fineness of crushed products regularly;
4. Regularly clean or replace the dust collector bag (to ensure that the bag is breathable), and regularly check the working condition of the solenoid valve (to see whether it can work normally);
5, regularly check the wear of the wearing parts of the grinder to see whether it is normal wear;
6, often pay attention to the vibration of the mill;
7. When the crusher hammer is seriously worn and needs to be replaced, pay attention to weighing to ensure that the weight difference between the two relative (1800 direction) hammer pins is less than 1g and the total weight difference between the two relative (1800 direction) hammer pins is less than 2g;
8, the crusher screen wear serious need to be replaced, pay attention to the flatness of the new screen and screen size is reasonable, installation is in place, it is recommended to make the screen wool face in the installation;
9. The opening degree of the impeller feeder damper should be adjusted appropriately;
10. If the grinder is found to have large vibration and high noise, it should be stopped immediately for inspection;
11, the main shaft bearing should be added 80 grams of grease every 40 hours after operation, but can only be added to 60%, after 1800 hours of operation, the bearing box cover should be removed, replace all the used grease. When the fresh grease is replaced, grease the area around the roller and bearing ring, and add 1/3 ~ 1/2 grease in the bottom box, do not add too much grease;
12, when it is found that the yield of the ultrafine mill suddenly drops, in addition to the factors of raw materials, the focus should be on checking whether the air damper is in place, whether the pipeline is leaking, whether the pulse bag is blocked, whether the solenoid valve and the fan are working normally.
