Process Description

Raw materials enter the grinding chamber of the mill through a quantitative feeding device, where they undergo ultra-fine grinding through mutual impact, collision, friction, shearing, and extrusion between the materials and the high-speed rotating grinding disc and particles. The crushed materials are transported by the ascending airflow to the impeller classification zone, where they are separated into coarse and fine powders under the centrifugal force of the classification wheel and the suction force of the fan. The qualified fine powder is transported by the conveying fan to the desulfurization tower and flue gas pipeline for reaction, while the unqualified powder is returned to the grinding chamber by the internal classifier for further grinding until it meets the requirements.
