Product Introduction

1. NE type hoist is composed of traction plate chain, drive device, upper section, middle casing, hopper and lower section.

2. according to the structure of the drive device is divided into motor + reducer form and planetary cycloidal pin gear reducer form two structures. According to the layout position, it is divided into two layout positions: left installation and right installation.

3. the middle shell is divided into two kinds: with guide rail and without guide rail. It is divided into standard middle casing and non-standard middle casing according to length.

4. The lower section is tightened by a drop box. After installation, fill the box with weight.

01The inflow type feeding is adopted, so that the extrusion and collision between the various parts of the conveyor and the material are rarely occurred, the operation is stable and the maintenance is convenient.
02The conveying chain uses the surface contact of the plate chain to replace the point connection of the traditional bucket chain, so that the service life is greatly improved, and the conveying chain life can reach more than five years.
03Because of the inflow feeding, gravity induced unloading, low bucket line speed is high (15-30m/min), the power without feedback phenomenon is only equivalent to about 40% of the ordinary ring chain bucket elevator.
