When the material forms an arch or bridge due to friction, adhesion, or particle characteristics, causing blockage, the rotating scraper/scraping blade/arch-breaking shaft forcefully cuts into and stirs the material, breaking the support and adhesive forces between the particles, directly crushing the agglomerates or breaking the arch structure. The crushed material regains fluidity under the action of gravity, enabling smooth material discharge. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, grain, mining, and building materials.
